I have
been sherking my duties. I have not made an entry to my page in over
a year. So much has happened since my last birthday. I survived three
nasty hurricanes. Our power was out for 6 long and hot days during
Charley. I was so hot that my person fed me ice. Luckily we had a
small generator to run a few fans. They didn't make much of a difference.
I was very well behaved during all the storms. Luckily there is no
thunder or lightning with hurricanes or I would have been very stressed.
I hate those sounds!
I was
sick during Christmas - something I ate. My person had to take me
to the vet on Christmas eve. They gave me medicine and I was only
allowed a tiny cup of rice for each meal. At least the vet said I
could have a little chicken broth on the rice. Now I won't eat my
dog food without it! It's a tasty treat and 99% fat free. I highly
recommend it.
