Special
events - the “fun” in fundraising!
Every year
the SPCA of Central Florida hosts a number of special events to raise
money for the care of the homeless pets we shelter. These fundraising
events range from fabulous evenings like our people only dinner-auction
to Saturday morning walks where pets exercise their people.
Each event
is designed to bring people together for fun, relaxation … and
a good time. You don’t have to be a pet lover to enjoy the bargains
or entertainment at the dinner-auction! You don’t have to have
a dog to support a walker! All you need is the desire to meet really
nice people and have a really good time.
Our special
events are listed below. Keep an eye on this calendar - it will be updated
each time a new date and venue is confirmed. In addition, we’ll
take your reservations online up to six weeks before the event. Additionally,
six weeks before each pet walk, you’ll find applications for Business
Buddies, individual pledge brochures and pack brochures. Gee, we couldn’t
make it easier for you to join in the fun, could we?
Finally,
if you own a business or are a manager with a special interest in Cause
Related Marketing, be sure to look at the many opportunities for marketing
your name and logo through sponsorships.
