These
doggy & kitty gems have all the “C’s” you’re
looking for! Cute – Cuddly – Character and Constant Companions!
But, for some reason, they have not found their forever homes yet. They
have been with us for a while, but very few potential adopters have
asked to see them. This may be due to their age or color or how they
act in the kennel, but all of them are wonderful dogs. The staff and
volunteers love each one of them and can't wait to see them go home!
Brittany: Hello, my name is Brittany and I am a 5 year old
pit/shar-pei mix. I have been at the shelter now for a while and
I am starting to worry that no one wants me. I have a very interesting
and beautiful diluted brindle coat and I love to sit for treats.
I am sweet and loving and always try to do the right thing. So do
the right thing and come down here and check me out! I promise you’ll
be glad you did!

Princess: Hi. I’m Princess. I am a 5 years young Rottwielier
who has been at the shelter for over two months now. I am so very
sweet and docile. I just kind of go with the flow. I just want to
make people happy. I am very good at sitting and laying down and
staying. I love to be around people that is when I am my happiest.
I have deep soulful eyes that really see you. I want to be a shoulder
you can cry on when you have a bad day. I want to be there for you.
I want to be your best friend.

Trixie: Hi, I’m Trixie. I am only 1 ½ years
old and I have a tough time of things already. I spent a lot of
time at the shelter about 6 months ago and became star pet. I was
then adopted and went home to what I thought was my forever one.
A month ago I was brought back because they moved to a place that
wouldn’t allow me. So here I am again, waiting, hoping. I am
such a good girl too! I love to please and can sit and lie down
like no one else! I really LOVE other dogs too, so if you are looking
for a buddy for a dog you already have, I’m your gal! Pick
me! And keep me forever this time please!

Negra: Hey! Hi! And hello! I’m Negra! I am only 8 months
old and I have been at the shelter for over two of those months.
I don’t know much about life in a home but I hear it is amazing.
I would like to try it. I am super fun and smart. I like to learn
new things. My ears are very cute too, they flop around aimlessly
as I romp! I like to play ball and I also get along very well with
other dogs, so trips to the dog park would be fine with me!

Hissy: Hi my name is Hissy, but I’m really not! I am
a 2 year old spayed female who has been at the shelter for over
2 months! I miss having a family to call my own. Mine moved away
from me. I am pretty laid back as you can see by my photos. I like
to stretch and have a nice pat or two. Simple really…so why
is it so hard to find?

shelter for over two months now and that is a very long time considering
that I am only 9 months old! I am very sweet, a little shy at first,
